I met Barry about a year ago at an open house in Buffalo Grove. This was at the very beginning of our house search. This particular home was Way beyond our budget. After I confessed that I was not looking for a million dollar home, Barry still took the time to educate me on the MLS, things to look for when purchasing a home, etc. (Being a first time home buyer, I was completely inexperienced). He spent an hour with me and when I came home and told my husband about Barry, we decided to work with him.

We did not believe that we could afford much, but Barry would not allow us to compromise on the quality of home that he felt we needed and deserved. In the end, he found us a beautiful townhome that fit all the criteria that we were looking for, plus so much more! Plus, it was right in our budget!
